Prior to joining Hexion Inc., Mr. Carter was a partner with Price Waterhouse LLP, which he joined in 1975. He currently serves as a director of Lancaster Colony Corporation. Mr. Carter has more than 40 years of finance and accounting experience, including having served as a chief financial officer of a public-reporting company and a partner for an independent registered public accounting firm. Through this extensive experience, he provides the Board with valuable expertise in numerous financial areas, including accounting, tax, treasury, capital markets and strategic planning.
