Mr. Geringer has also served on the board of directors of MedEquities Realty Trust, Inc. (NYSE: MRT), a healthcare REIT, from August 2015 to 2019. From December 2012 to April 2015, Mr. Geringer was a managing director at Alvarez & Marsal, LLC, a global professional services firm. Mr. Geringer serves on the boards of directors of several privately-held companies including Imedex, LLC, a medical education provider, FastPace Urgent Care, an urgent care clinic operator, and Stratasan, LLC, a healthcare data analytics software company.
