Mr. Leibowitz began as an adjunct professor at Adelphi University in 2008, became a full-time lecturer in 2010 and was promoted to clinical professor in 2013. Mr. Leibowitz previously served as a member of the board of directors and the audit committee of Arotech Corporation from 2009 to 2014. Before joining Adelphi University, Mr. Leibowitz was an audit and business assurance partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers.
