(NASDAQ) and Quality Distribution, Inc. (NASDAQ) in a variety of roles including board chairman and committee chairman of the audit and compensation committees. In addition, he served on the audit committees of the then privately held boards of CEVA Logistics, plc (now listed on the SIX Swiss Exchange) and EVERTEC, Inc. (now listed on the NYSE).
