David P. Bicks serves as Independent Director of the Company. He has been an attorney since 2012 with Duane Morris LLP and previously was with Dewey & LeBoeuf LLP. He joined the Dewey & LeBoeuf predecessor, LeBoeuf, Lamb, Greene & MacRae LLP, in 1966, after having served as a Federal prosecutor in New York (1959-1962) and as Special Counsel to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (1962-1966).
