Tate served as Chairman of Brunini's Board of Directors from 2010 to mid-2015 and currently serves as the Chair of Brunini's financial institutions practice group, having advised Boards regarding fiduciary duties and corporate governance responsibilities. Mr. Tate is actively involved in professional and civic activities.
