From August 2004 to June 2012 Mr. Barber served as an Associate and Senior Associate — Real Estate Capital Markets at Hunton & Williams LLP, where he represented public REITs in conjunction with their SEC compliance requirements, corporate governance matters and offerings of equity and debt and merger and acquisition transactions.
